Vladimir Butenko
Vladimir Butenko is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in law enforcement and security. He began his career as a criminal investigator in Ukraine’s Department of Internal Affairs. After relocating to the United States, he held various roles in security and law enforcement, including positions at the Oakland Housing Authority, Federal Armored, HUD, and several private security firms. Vladimir holds a Law degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Under his leadership, the patrol department has consistently delivered exceptional service to clients, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the field.

Mikhail Butenko
Mikhail Butenko brings over a decade of financial expertise to Armada Protective Services Inc. As CFO since 2015, he ensures financial stability, analyzes security needs for tailored patrol solutions, and oversees 24/7 emergency responses while strengthening client relations. Previously, as Operations Manager (2011–2012), he led officer training, conducted readiness audits, and managed security incidents.
A San Francisco native, Mikhail holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law (2015), with Dean’s List honors and Honors Lawyering Program participation. He also earned a cum laude Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Innovation) from the University of San Francisco (2011), including study at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.

George Holt joined the FBI, where he managed multiple intricate criminal investigations as well as counterintelligence and espionage investigations and operations in the United States and worldwide. As a leader within the FBI’s San Francisco Evidence Response Team for almost twenty years, Holt brings the training and skills necessary to identify, obtain, and collect all measures of evidence to build a compelling investigation.
